Change your diet as well and start to eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables, which have antioxidants that strengthen the body's immune system. Also include in your daily intake lots of liquids and avoid high cholesterol foods. A healthy lifestyle reduces the risk of acquiring dreaded diseases.
